How to use the PCR detector for swine fever
1. Grasp the tube and remove the wet swab from the detection tube, then apply it to the detection area (approximately 4cm * 4cm).
2. Insert the swab into the detection tube.
3. Grasp the suction valve, pinch the ball tube with the other hand, and break it from the suction valve.
4. Gently squeeze the tube twice, squeeze out the reagent inside the tube, shake it two to three times, and mix it well with the swab applied inside the detection tube.
5. Place the entire detection tube into the fluorescence meter, close the compartment cover, and perform measurement.
